great location, friendly staff, clean rooms; exceeded expectations during valentine's day stay

The place was excellent and close to the Chek Lap Kok airport. We would be happy to recommend, to anyone staying in Shenzhen. We were happy to find Gaoli Can Jitang 200 ft away, where we could eat

Everything was fantastic.

Maoye mall and other tourist spots were so close to this hotel. The breakfast was FINE.

The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable with a nice city view. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the subway station. The staff treated us well, although some of them didn't speak English, they still tried their best to understand our needs.

The food for breakfast could be improved, maybe adding more variety to the menu would be better.

Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. Room was pretty all right. Clean. Location is close to subway; about 8 mins walk to Huaqiang subway. Free wifi was available in the room.

As business guests, we really appreciated the convenient location and proximity to the subway station. The hotel's contemporary room interiors and comfortable amenities made our stay enjoyable. The large glass windows allowed for plenty of natural light, and we loved the different lighting modes controlled by the switches. The hotel's standards are on par with international standards for its star rating. The close proximity to major malls and a movie theater provided great entertainment options during our free time.

The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. The room was kept clean and the towels were changed daily. I also appreciated the complete facilities in the room and the complimentary replenishment of consumed items.

One of the major downsides of my stay at this hotel was the communication barrier with the staff. They couldn't speak English, which made it difficult to ask for assistance.

For the price we paid, our stay at the hotel was definitely worth it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The location was superb, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
